So I just brought Sam and Jessi home, and on the way there, and home, sheriffs had Northbound on Hwy 31 (Green Bay Rd) blocked off. A few hundred feet down you could see cops blocking Southbound traffic. No idea what happened, did the unbuilt Wal Mart claim another life?
