Man, this weekend sucked. I didn’t do anything but sit at home, work, and be sick. I guess it is all right the, the past two weekends were amazing. Plus this week was the last week of Quinn working at Subway, so that is a gift of its own. I get my own personal cubby hole now :)
I am about to send out Noxious’ demo…but I can’t find a box to shove all fifty of these CDs into, and I don’t know where a FedEx shipping place, or whatever, is. I guess it’ll be delayed until Tuesday, maybe my mom can do it for me.
Now I just need to promote the demo and make some sales. My next project is “Skank-O-Phobia”, a ska compilation. I’m looking to have Flaming Tsunamis, Flip The Switch, Something To Do, The Conely Effect, Big MiGaffers, The Johnstones, Offend Your Friends, Sorry About Your Couch, Big D, and Matt Wixson. So far the only one I am totally sure of is Flaming Tsunamis, I talked to Andy a few days ago. I’m sure Matt Wixson will do it, and MiGaffers also; well, I’m sure they’ll all do it, in fact. I just don’t have a nice green thing called money. Noxious Demo sales go 50/50: I get $2, Noxious gets $2. I need to sell quite a bit of demos to make enough money to press 50 Skank-O-Phobias, I’m sure they should sell pretty good and I should be able to make more.
Gah, I want to find something to do before work.
