Christmas wasn’t so bad after all…

This morning started up with my mom yelling up the stairs for me to wake up, I had to get to Jeff’s. Luckily I slept in my clothes so I just got up, popped in my contacts, and headed out.

It was a semi-cold drive; I didn’t quite really want to be in that car, I wanted to be in bed. At Jeff’s I let the dogs out, they were being a couple of spastastic dogs. I did my thing, then left so I could be home in time to be there when my grandma came over.

I think one reason I didn’t want to be awake and just wanted to sleep is because of my grandma. No, don’t get me wrong, I love my grandma, but with her being sick it just bothers me. It’s just the fact knowing we’re so weak and at any moment that could, in fact, be me. It is also tought because she used to be so tough and strong, but now she’s weak and frail.

We ate, it was good food. We opened presents, I was suprised because I had about 4 when I only asked for one thing. All in all I ended up getting my 160GB external harddrive, SLC Punk, and a 512mb flash drive. I’m blogging this using Portable Fox, which is on the flash drive. I went up stairs and fiddled with my new harddrive; I moved all my music onto it. I played some Counter-Strike until Bill, Chris, & the kids showed up.

Bill and Chris gave me this math puzzle book, designed my MENSA. It’s great, I love it.

They left, and I had to come back over here to Jeff’s. From Jeff’s I went to Brian’s to see how their Christmas went. His mom and dad bought Al and him these cool RCA Video/Audio players, which I suggested to them. Brian was pissed off because his froze, luckily he found the reset pin and got it working. I found out the problem, he never ejected it from the computer, he just unplugged the USB cord; a big no no. I educated Al and Brian on how to take good care of their special technology, then left.

I had to get to my Aunt Jerry’s and check out my cousin Robby’s combat boots. They fit awesome, size 12, I’m wearing them now.

After all of the fun and excitement I went to my Aunt Tracey’s for Christmas with the Glamans; this is my favorite time. It’s always fun being with my dad’s side, I get treated like an adult and we always have immature mature adult conversations. I ended up getting more money, and some badass chocolate mints from my aunt. It was pretty funny, my aunt found my blog and approached me saying “I knew you were house sitting,” but she wouldn’t say how. She thought I’d be embarrased if I knew she read my blog, haha. Turns out she wants one now, so I turned her to Blogger; nice and simple. Some girl in my AP English, who works at Menards, asked Tracey, when she bought something using her credit card, if she knew me; I need to find out who this was.

They also talked about hooking Tracey up on a blind date, I jumped in and said it’d be cool…because it would. My mom and Tracey got their gears turning and thought it was cool, haha, maybe I’ll be on one soon. My mom also brought up Brianna, our neighbor, saying she’s cute, which she is, and I told her I plan on talking to her soon.

Now I am here, playing with the pups.
