Well, I just finished my Psychology paper, I really don’t want to see Ms. Greene again. I want mid terms to come, suprisingly. I feel like I haven’t done anything this quarter and I am really wondering what the hell my grades are.

After dinner I just flat out passed out on my family room floor infront of the fire, it was nice and warm. Woke up and did half of the Psych, then helped my dad move some stuff.

Hopefully this weekend some stuff is moved around opening ever more my plan for a New Years party, which I still have to figure out who I am still inviting.

Hm, today was just another dull day.

Firefox - Rediscover the web

Firefox - Rediscover the web

FireFox 1.5 has been released for about a day now, I myself use it and even promote it with this site (view it in IE).

The new version has beefed up the already great security and even made the system more dynamic.

Firefox keeps you secure when you’re browsing the Web, closing the door on spyware, worms, and viruses. The Firefox community of developers and security experts works around the clock to monitor security issues and release updates to better protect you.

Can’t tell me any different, I’ve been spyware/adware clean for about 12 months.

Also, it is the first browser to ever meet government requirements.

Reevu, a U.K. company, has created a helmet for motor-sports that has arear-view mirror built in in aims of increasing safety for riders. The Reevu MX1 has a multiple mirror system crafted from reflectice polycarbonate, not glass.

No more looking backwards for cycle riders, the mirror system provides a wide back view of the whole road behind them.

I hate the DMV.

Well, today I had to go to the Ra-SCENE DMV, I needed to update my drivers license to the new address. Well, as everyone knows, Ra-SCENE has the crappiest road system (I want to slap the person who developed this city) and it took me a few tries to find the stupid road the DMV was on.

So, I get it, greeted by the sluggish, depressing, caughing, sneezing, crying atmospehere. I got my number, 084, and had to wait for about 30 minutes while some little kid cried. I finally get up to the desk, she has me sign my thing, checks every thing (meanwhile she had my ID) and asks if I am 18. C’mon lady, you have my ID that says my birthdate AND EVEN A ‘Not 18 Until’ date, moron. Turns out since I am not 18 I can’t fix it myself, so I need to go back with one of my parents, woohoo.

And also, I wish the best to those who knew Sean Miller. It isn’t easy loosing a friend, I never met him or heard of him, but I have lost friends and it isn’t something people should have to go through.

Criminal Minds

What do you get when you mix a bunch of young punk kids in Kenosha, all of which who have finally been united after being in different bands? You get Criminal Minds, a blend of members from Toxic Shock Syndrome, The Obscenities, Chaos Kids, and Puke Boys. Started in October 2003, starting out as The Obscenities, the band has come a long way and has been a flagship in the Kenosha Punk scene (labeled as KenoCore). The current band line up consists of Dil Falute (Bassist and Vocals), Mike Eddy (Drums), Tony Corrao, john (Vocals), Ben Felland (Guitar), John Hawbaker, bejamin (Guitar) and lasted since the winter of 2005; the band has seen its share of line up changes over the past two years, once including ITA Senior Tyler Sterling.

Bringing together their own style from influences, such as Dead Boys, Black Flag, The Unseen, Bouncing Souls, Social Distortion, G.B.H., Misfits, Ramones, and Kenosha’s prime time 80’s punk band 10-96, they have been able to play with bands from all around. They’ve played with Total Chaos (California), Krum Bum (Texas), Street Brats (Chicago), Flatfoot 56 (Chicago), Flaming Tsunamis (Conneticut).

Earlier in 2005 they released their first CD, titled “We’re So Sick”, featuring songs like “Zombies” and “K-Riot Punks”, usual favorites of the crowd. Plans to get back to the recording studio are in the works for the band.

Crappy Day.

Well, I woke up amazingly refreshed and feeling great, school was nice and easy too; I also found out that our group in AP English is way ahead of the other groups.

I got to see Jade in the morning, she happened to come early (gasp), then again after first period.

So the day just went on being good - until work.

I walked in, went in the back, and it smelt like crap. I asked why and recieved a repsonse I would have rather not gotten. Turns out the pipes were backed up and sewage (including feces) were backing up on the floor in the bathroom and comming in from the back drain; they had to freakin’ slop it out the back.

So all day we smelt chlorine and poop, wasn’t that bad, well, for a while. We realized we couldn’t do dishes, which meant we couldn’t close very easily or do much. So we paged Rick, tried to close early but he said no. In the long run we ended up having plumbers come and had to listen to a rotor thing for a good while, completely irritating us all.

The smell of Subway + Chlorine + Poop = Nasty.

Shake It

I’ve been listening to Tom Waits lately, his music is really creepy but good at the same time, I advise you all to go buy (or listen to some of) Tom Waits - Real Gone CD.

This weekend is lasting forever. Nothing much happened in the extremes, so I haven’t really been blogging.

Thursday night went very good. Jade and I saw Saw II (which was good) and then hung out at the lake/downtown area.

Friday was a day spent on working for a college portfolio. I know a lot of computer stuff, but don’t have much to show because I finish stuff and loose it, never finish it, or it never gets used. So I developed a program for gamers. It is a clan managment system based off of a C# frontend and PHP backend. The program is coded in C# and allows members to login to their accounts, get internal news, recruit members, private message members, and a quick link to forums. All the information is relayed off a PHP script on a host server and information is stored in a MySQL database. I might put a copy up on here so others can check it out.

That’s what I did alllllll friday until Jade saved me. She only had a little while though because her cousins were comming in town. We just went to Common Grounds, then on the playground at Bose Elementary, haha.

Saturday….hm. I just worked, then I chilled with Nick, Noah, and Zack.

Today! I am heading off to Jimmy’s in a second then work. Maybe hanging with Jade inbetween somewhere

Gobble Gobble.

Well, today is the day where everyone feasts out like crazy; well isn’t that every day? Everyone is thankful for what they have, yet shouldn’t that be something they think of everyday? I don’t see why we celebrate Thanksgiving anymore, it’s lost its value in our consumerist state. Thanksgiving was when the Pilgrims feasted because that was their first time having real food, they had suffered through winter and all their hardships and finally produced something. Eh, whatever.

Last night, well it was more so 4:30 this morning, I had a crazy cramp. It was in my left calf, they always seem to be, and I woke up, of course, right when it started. It hurt so bad and usually it ends after a little bit - no this one was a killer. It got better, then locked my whole leg up and got worse, I tried to massage it but that hurt it more, so I just kept my hand on it. It felt like my hand was on boiling goop, my muscle was just popping up and down in random areas and beating. I finally just got up, somehow, and was able to get some water.

It sucked.

My grandma is comming over around 3ish and we’re going to eat with just her and my parents. Then around 6/7 I am going to hang out with Jade.
